Concept Attainment model is a type of model used for teaching various concepts in science. In this model, the concept can be considered as class or category whose members share some features or characteristics or attributes or critical properties that are not shared by another class or category.
COMPONENTS OF MODEL
- Syntax: It involves three phases
- Phase one: Presentation of Data and Identification of concepts.
- Phase two: Testing Attainment of concepts
- Phase three: Analysis of thinking stratergies
